Sand sculpture

My brother makes genius sand sculptures, among myriad other talents (Harvard, finance, kayaking & paddling warrior).

My sister-in-law is a pastry chef in New York who makes gorgeous wedding cakes. Every petal & leaf is handcrafted, then assembled.
