Pop drink

Wasn't sure at first, but I've decided this kooky concoction looks refreshing and fruity-licious...maybe as a spritzer? (Last hurrah to summer-past :))

POP DRINK
Seltzer (sparkling) water, with some cranberry or pomegranate juice (to your taste). Add ice cubes & lemon slices, swirl in a berry popsicle (ice lolly), and bottoms up!

P.S. Thanks so much to everyone for your response to my post yesterday - I was very touched by many of your comments.

It looks cute....hmmmm...now if I made a tomato popsicle and swirled that into a Bloody Mary??? Yow!

Hi Signe - thanks! And yes, it was my last attempt to celebrate summer! :)

Hi Rowena - Hahaha - that's brilliant! I would *love* to see you using those lovely garden tomatoes in a popsicle Bloody Mary!

Hi Rosie Grey - thanks, it's super-easy (the kind of recipe I like :)) and one more summer hurrah doesn't hurt! Have a lovely day!

This looks amazing. Almost too pretty to eat.

I was at a bar this weekend that had beer popsicles. Odd yes, but there is something about the fun and innocence of a popsicle that had me jealous of all the people with the beer popsicles.

Thanks for your lovely comments, everyone!

@ Ashley - haha, I also loved Rowena's idea :)

@ Amy - OK, I need to figure out how to get my hands on beer popsicles! I'd love one made of Guinness :)
