Photo du jour: Dawn

Near Hanauma Bay, Hawaii. Afterwards, you can go snorkeling in the Bay with tropical fish (you see more fish early in the day :)).

{An August Break Continued Post: Photographed on Oahu.}

P.S. I'd rather be behind the camera than in front, but here's a hazy photo of me in this location, after dawn - I was watching waves and saw whales by chance! (Sadly hard to photo)
P.P.S. Why am I always soo overdue for a haircut?

What a beautiful sunrise! I went snorkeling in Hawaii a couple of years ago. It was one of the most awesome experiences I've ever had--to be swimming in the vast ocean with all these lovely creatures!

How beautiful.

I agree. I'd rather be behind the camera than in front. All if your Hawaii pictures are beautiful.

Dawn is my favorite time of day. I love getting up just before the sun and watching it wake the world. Seems everything is so full of promise, then as the light floods in, the birds start singing. I love it.
