Magical Venice

So many reasons to love Venice...

This is definitely one of them...a magical confection of hazelnut and chocolate gelato, topped with a giant slab of thick whipped cream. Just ask for the gianduiotto at Gelateria Nico.:)

  4. Ah yes....Venice! Every time I go there it has always rained, so another trip back still remains to be done, but please no rain! Venice has enough water as it is already.

Btw, what happened to the Rome post previous to this one? I saw it in my feeds but when I went there, it had disappeared!

  5. Another thing...have you seen Salt (Jolie and Depp)? Wondering if the Venice scenes alone are worth watching it.

  7. That ice cream looks so delicious! I'm sure it would fix my (currently) sore throat in a jiffy. Venice looks like such a gorgeous place to visit. My boyfriend and I are likely heading to Italy this summer, but will only be in Rome and Tuscany so he can visit with his family there.

  29. Jude,
As always your photos are gorgeous... and the most gorgeous one of all is the gelato, of course! I read about a gelato making course in Italy you can enroll in for a week or two. Doesn't it sound heavenly?
